Finance Assistant

we are looking for a Finance assistant to support our growing needs in our head office.

The ideal candidate will have previous UAE work experience and will be familiar with financial related tasks.

This role will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be expected to manage cash flow role that is expected to ensure the smooth running of our reception area, and, which will include tracking of income and outgoings

Preparing reports, financial spreadsheets and supporting the CEO in analyzing key trends and variances

Some support to our finance department may be required from time to time, i general task such as data entry, invoicing, tracking and adhoc reports.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelors in business, accounting or related fields
• Must have previous finance work experience
• advance level of MS Office, formulas, data analysis charts etc, any experience with finance software Tally will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience working with senior leadership would be an advantage
• well groomed with a clear command of English
• can handle confidential work with discretion.

This position is a full time office based position.

• Ability to work independently when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
