Finance Associate

Seeking a detail-oriented Associate to manage and monitor member payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, banking systems, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely payments to members by monitoring installments, refunds, and discrepancies.
• Maintain and update records, including bank details and MIS reports.
• Verify member accounts and reconcile related transactions.
• Process disbursements using correct bank upload formats.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Resolve payment rejections and coordinate with banks on related issues.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and banking operations.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
