- Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Assist in preparation of documents and information for new and annual review of existing facilities.
- Process and verify payment vouchers, invoices, and expense claims in accordance with organizational policies
- Assist in charges of financial budgets.·Assist in Bank accounts management.
- Assist in preparation of Financial charges budget and liquidity reports.
- ·Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- ·Maintain petty cash, bank reconciliation statements, and day-to-day accounting entries.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring of expenditures, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the timely completion of annual audits.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and filing systems.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and relevant departments for finance-related matters.
- Perform any other finance or accounts-related tasks as assigned by the Manager Finance or senior management.
- To coordinate with internal/external audits and evaluations/monitory visits.
- To manage finance reporting, donor reporting, filing of tax returns, EOBI data, liaising with tax consultants and processing of payments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field. A professional qualification such as ACCA (partly qualified), CA (Foundation/Intermediate), or ICMA is preferred.
Experience: ·The candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, or a related function from a reputable organization.
Timings & Day: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)
