Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage both finance bookkeeping and HR/Admin operations. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, maintain financial records, assist with payroll, and manage HR and office administration tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Finance / Bookkeeping
- Record day-to-day financial transactions (invoices, receipts, payments)
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and cash books
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
- Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Support audits and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Track accounts payable and receivable
HR / Admin
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases (HRIS)
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, GST)
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR policies
- Manage office administration: vendor coordination, supplies, and facilities
- Act as the point of contact for employee queries regarding HR or finance matters
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of combined experience in finance bookkeeping and HR/Admin operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP)
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software (HRIS, Excel, attendance systems)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and labor laws
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
