Finance Business Partner - Executive

As one of the largest pharmaceuticals companies in Türkiye, Sanovel is looking for a Finance Business Partner who will be responsiblefor producing timely financial insights to establish informed decision-making processes.

In this strategic role, you will assume critical responsibilities for conducting financial feasibility analysis, monitoring customer/productbased profitability and analysis of business drivers of operating segments. You will collaborate with different business departments/units to coordinate analyses, projects and investments in a timely manner.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Collaborating with different business units to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Understanding the business drivers of different operating segments and providing insight to non-finance members
  • Reviewing and analysis of commercial performance of business segments in a regular basis and determine areas for improvement.
  • Providing options and alternative scenarios for business decisions
  • Supporting business planning processes for improved financial planning.
  • Liaise between the Finance function and business units, facilitating effective communication.
  • Conducting and presenting financial feasibility analysis consisting of NPV, IRR, paypack analysis and return on investment.
  • Preparing required monthly/quarterly financial reports, presenting benchmarks, supporting financial controls and internal/external audit processes.
  • Improve financial competencies and business acumen of the FP&A team.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in industrial engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • Preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or industrial manufacturing sectors, with a minimum of 6 years in finance, FP&A, or project finance
  • Preferably 3 years of managerial and team leadership experience.
  • Proven skills in conducting feasibility analysis including NPV, IRR, payback period and return on investment.
  • Expert in financial modelling and analysis in Excel and presentation skills in Powerpoint. Knowledge on tools like Power BI and SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to convey financial insights in simple and concise language
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Detail-oriented, multitasking, and proactive
  • Systematic and methodical working discipline
  • Having a high sense of empathy and being curious about everything new and unusual
  • Self-starter and collaborative team player
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
