What You Will Do

The Finance Business Partner is responsible for leading all Finance activities for the Factory‑Made Cigarettes (FMC) category. This role plays a critical part in supporting commercial performance by partnering closely with Sales & Marketing senior leaders and cross‑functional teams. Key responsibilities include owning financial planning and analysis for FMC P&Ls, CAPEX, and Net Working Capital, and driving continuous process improvements that enhance profitability and capture revenue opportunities.


  • WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the local budgeting and forecasting processes, including ownership of FMC P&Ls, CAPEX, and Net Working Capital.
  • Create and maintain complex, dynamic financial models and analyses (MS Excel, SAP BPC, SAP Cloud Analytics) to support informed, fact‑based decision‑making (dynamic forecasting, sensitivity/scenario analysis, ROI assessments, etc.).
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Insights & Intelligence (“I&I”), People & Culture (“P&C”), and Research & Development (“R&D”) to support financially sound decisions that drive profit and identify revenue‑capture opportunities.
  • Conduct standard and ad hoc financial analysis related to changes in key assumptions—volumes, pricing, product mix, cost of sales, net revenue impacts, COGS, and A&P spend.
  • Develop and enhance standardized financial reporting packages with integrated KPIs (monthly reporting packages, month‑end estimates, Volume and Net Revenue flash reporting).
  • Own and lead development of performance indicators to improve decision-making and promote accountability across the business.
  • Build unit‑level economic metrics and monitor the financial impact of strategic decisions, including price, volume, and mix impacts on margins and ROI.
  • Investigate and clearly explain variances versus forecasts, plans, and prior periods, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Build scalable processes, create standardized templates, and share best practices across the team to strengthen efficiency and consistency.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and financial insight delivery.
  • Drive improvements in data management, validation, and automation to more effectively visualize business results (PowerBI, Power Query).
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field of study and 4+ years related work experience.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

Knowledge of:

  • Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills Microsoft Office Professional or similar application.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field of study.

  • Experience working with BPC and/or SAP.

Work Environment and Physical Demand

  • Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.).

  • Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.

  • Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.

Annual Base Salary Range: $78459.00 - $104611.00

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
