Role purpose:
The role of the Finance Clerk is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records by carefully recording various transactions, assisting the finance team in various administrative tasks and efficiently managing clerical duties.
Key accountabilities:
· Working closely with the Accounts Payables, supporting the AP process by booking supplier invoices and logistics invoices
· Supporting Accounts receivable by doing receipts entries and checking invoices are dispatched correctly to the clients
· Assisting with the posting of employee expenses accurately and on a timely basis as needed
· Assisting the Intercompany accountant with verifying intercompany postings
· Assisting the whole team in ensuring documents are filed as per the company policy
· Working closely with the sales department to ensure all documents required for filing are handed over in a timely manner
· Support of the finance team for other ad hoc requests
