Finance, Compliance & Business Operations Coordinator (Contract)

Stellenbosch (Remote-first, with occasional on-site support) | Contract (6–12 months)

We are looking for a versatile accounting professional to join us on a contract basis and support our group of companies across South Africa and the Isle of Man. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident in managing deadlines while working independently.

You will support:

  • Entities based in South Africa and the Isle of Man

What you’ll do:

  • Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and statutory compliance (SARS, VAT, CIPC).
  • Liaise with our Isle of Man Director and support CSP conversion documentation.
  • Manage guesthouse booking platforms (rates, availability, reports – not guest-facing).
  • Provide administrative support (scheduling, reporting, records management).
  • Assist with digital presence (basic website/social media updates).

What you’ll need:

  • BCom Accounting / Finance degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years’ experience in accounting, compliance, or admin.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and able to work independently.
  • Based in or near Stellenbosch (preferred), with flexibility for occasional on-site support.

This is a contract role (6–12 months, renewable), offering flexibility and exposure to both local and international operations.
