Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations
- Assist in day-to-day financial transactions including payments, receipts, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Prepare vouchers, maintain cashbooks, and update ledgers on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with vendors to verify invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely settlements.
Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial files, statements, and records.
- Prepare monthly expense reports, bank reconciliation statements, and cash flow summaries.
- Support in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Track project-wise or department-wise expenditures (if applicable).
Compliance & Audit Support
- Assist in internal and external audit preparations by organizing documentation.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support tax filings by providing accurate and timely financial data to the taxation team.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with procurement, operations, and HR departments for financial data and approvals.
- Communicate with banks regarding account issues, statements, or documentation.
- Coordinate with management on financial planning and budget utilization.
System & Process Improvement
- Update and maintain data in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, SAP).
- Recommend process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- experience in finance, accounts, or coordination roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and personal integrity
