Finance Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and the capacity to coordinate between finance, operations, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate with internal departments to track expenses and revenues.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare reconciliations and assist in cash flow management.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team and management.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
