Location: Dubai (On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time (6 Days a Week) Salary: Competitive (based on experience) Industry: iGaming &amp; Insurance&nbsp;We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance, bookkeeping, and reporting, with industry experience or deep understanding of both the iGaming and insurance sectors. This role will support financial operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage financial documentation, reporting, invoicing, and payment flows efficiently.&nbsp;<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Handle daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries</li><li>Coordinate financial reporting for iGaming operations and insurance-related services</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in coordination with the finance manager</li><li>Manage payment processing, vendor settlements, and affiliate payouts</li><li>Monitor cash flow, budget tracking, and internal cost control measures</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT laws, and industry-specific policies</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, compliance, operations) and external auditors or financial consultants</li><li>Maintain financial records and documentation to meet audit and regulatory requirements</li><li>Support financial due diligence for partnerships, platform providers, and insurers</li><li>Liaise with banks, payment service providers, and insurance partners when needed</li></ul>&nbsp;<h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li><li>3+ years of experience in a finance/accounting role, preferably in the iGaming or insurance industry</li><li>Familiarity with UAE financial laws, VAT, and international payment platforms</li><li>Strong Excel and accounting software skills (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or similar)</li><li>High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus</li><li>Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; available for 6 days per week on-site work</li></ul>&nbsp;<h3>Preferred:</h3><ul><li>Experience in handling affiliate commission tracking or PSP (Payment Service Provider) integrations</li><li>Understanding of cryptocurrency transactions and wallet-based payment systems in iGaming</li><li>Prior exposure to financial operations in insurance claims or underwriting processes</li></ul>
