Finance Data Analyst

Job Summary:

A Finance Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, generating reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role involves working closely with finance and business teams to improve financial performance and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze financial data from multiple sources
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial policies

Required Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or data analysis
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), Power BI
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
