Finance & Data Analyst Intern

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Data Analyst Intern to support billing operations, financial analysis, and data accuracy across internal systems. This role provides hands-on experience working with financial data, improving intranet data integrity, and supporting month-end processes.

What You'll Do

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records across internal systems and intranet tools
• Identify, investigate, and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Audit and reconcile billing data, including contract terms, modifications, and supporting documentation
• Help track contract details (budgets, timelines, and financial terms) and monitor variances
• Assist in analyzing billing variances (forecast vs. actual) and preparing reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Project Management teams
• Support process improvements focused on data accuracy, efficiency, and standardization

What We're Looking For

• Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data issues
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Nice to Have

• Experience with data entry, financial reporting, or billing processes
• Familiarity with internal systems, databases, or intranet tools
• Interest in financial operations, process improvement, or data analysis
