Finance Director

Overview:

As a Finance Director at PSdigital, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring financial Stability and driving growth in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making.
• Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, providing regular reports to executive management and stakeholders.
• Leading the preparation and presentation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Managing cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation, optimizing working capital management.
• Overseeing the financial due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales, to drive financial efficiency and productivity.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Director, preferably in the Media & Advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and draw
• impactful insights.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business valuation.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred candidates with service experience Corporates or same company field
