Finance Director

We are looking for a Finance Director for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, internal controls, audit, compliance, and risk management functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial planning, cash flow management, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance.
• Conduct periodic audits of financial, operational, and compliance functions.
• Identify financial, operational, and regulatory risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on the implementation of audit findings and corrective actions.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, VAT compliance, and financial reporting processes.
• Establish strong internal controls over revenue recognition, billing, collections, and expenses.
• Review contracts, pricing structures, and client agreements from a financial and risk perspective.
• Supervise finance, accounts, and compliance teams.
• Maintain transparent communication with shareholders, auditors, and regulators.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping aligned with regulatory standard

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
