Honda of Indian Trail is seeking a proven Finance Director who operates at an elite level. This is not an average role—we are looking for an A player who can lead, produce, and dominate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You must have a track record of driving 60%+ VSC penetration and averaging $2,250+ per copy. If you can’t consistently perform at this level, this role is not the right fit.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the F&I department with a performance-first mindset
- Drive profitability through strong product presentation and lender relationships
- Maintain and exceed benchmarks: 60% VSC / $2,250+ PVR
- Structure and close deals efficiently while maximizing gross
- Ensure 100% compliance with all federal, state, and lender guidelines
- Train, develop, and hold the team accountable to elite standards
- Partner with sales leadership to create a seamless, high-converting process
What We’re Looking For
- Proven top-tier F&I Director or Manager in an automotive dealership
- Documented success hitting or exceeding:
- 60%+ VSC penetration
- $2,500+ per copy (PVR)
- Strong closer with elite communication and objection-handling skills
- Leader who can build, train, and elevate a team
- Highly disciplined, process-driven, and results-oriented
