Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance ERP System Implementation Specialist to manage the deployment of ERP software with a focus on financial modules and workflows. The specialist will help companies streamline accounting, reporting, and other financial processes by analyzing requirements, configuring ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle), managing data migration, conducting user training, and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis: Assess clients' current financial processes and requirements to determine ERP system alignment.
• System Configuration: Customize and configure financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), budgeting, and reporting to fit client workflows.
• Data Migration: Plan and execute migration of existing financial data into the ERP system.
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure modules operate correctly and accurately.
• Training and Support: Deliver user training and serve as a primary contact for troubleshooting and support post-deployment.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, workflows, and testing outcomes.
• Compliance: Ensure system configurations comply with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong expertise with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, focusing on financial modules (FI/CO).
• Deep understanding of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, financial planning, and reporting.
• Proven project management skills managing full implementation lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and train users effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
