Hiring ‘Finance Executive’ with experience in accounts functions, payments, recovery, bank reconciliation, etc. Candidate must possess exceptional skills in MS Office particularly Excel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Accounts
- Report generation and presenting (Fin. Report)
- Payroll
- Bank reconciliation
- Payments collection
- Consolidated Accounts (Trial balance, Income statement and Balance sheet)
- Periodical reporting (Bal sheet, bank loan, project wise report, product wise report)
- Uploading daily finance expenses on ERP.
- Dealing with Financials Institution (Banks, Leasing houses, and Insurance companies)
- Any other assignment that the line manager hands over.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.com degree from a reputed university
- Exceptional skills in MS Office particularly in Excel
- Experienced in Data analysis/development/processing
- Possess good accounting experience, Tax knowledge desirable
- Excellent eye for detail, diligent knowledge of accounting regulations
- Ability to report to senior management & work in a team
- Capabilities to supervise, manage and lead staff
- Interpersonal skills
