WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• AN EARLY - MID CAREER PROFESSIONAL WITH 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE TEXTILE / FASHION INDUSTRY WHO LIVES IN KARACHI AND CAN COME INTO THE OFFICE 5 DAYS A WEEK.

We are looking for a high-energy, scrappy Finance Executive to join our team in Karachi. This isn't a typical "sit-and-file" desk job; we need a hustler who is ready to roll up their sleeves, clean up our financial data, and build modern, scalable systems from the ground up.

The Mission

Your primary goal is to bring transparency and modern structure to our financials. You will be the architect of our new finance systems, ensuring every rupee—from physical stores to online checkouts—is accounted for and optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• System Building: Design and implement modern financial workflows and systems to replace manual processes.
• Store-Level Accounting: Create and maintain detailed profit & loss accounts for individual store locations.
• Reconciliation: Own the daily reconciliation of online payments and in-store transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Tax & Compliance: Handle income tax filings and ensure the business stays compliant with local regulations.
• Operations & Payroll: Manage payments to workers and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
• Problem Solving: Identify leakages or inefficiencies in our current financial setup and proactively fix them.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Up to 6 years of professional experience. We value drive and agility over long tenure.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the textile industry is highly preferred.
• The "Hustle" Factor: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions to fix a broken process.
• Technical Literacy: You are proficient with modern accounting software and have an "automation-first" mindset.
• Reliability: This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days a week) in Karachi.
