Finance Executive

We’re looking for a Finance Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day finance activities while also contributing to the bigger picture. This role suits someone who enjoys working with numbers but also understands the operational side of a rental or automotive business.

You’ll be working closely with different teams, so being practical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly is just as important as your technical skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and make sure everything is accurate and on time
• Review performance against budgets and explain any major differences in a clear, practical way
• Put together simple, useful reports and dashboards for management

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support and help drive the annual budgeting process with different departments
• Keep forecasts updated and provide visibility on cash flow
• Keep an eye on spending and highlight any risks early

Accounts & Reconciliation

• Oversee payables and receivables to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Handle month-end closing and reconciliations without delays
• Manage intercompany entries if needed

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure VAT, corporate tax, and other financial requirements in the UAE are properly handled
• Work with auditors and make sure all required documents are ready
• Maintain proper controls and look for ways to improve existing processes

Fleet & Revenue Support

• Work with operations to track fleet costs, utilisation, and depreciation
• Analyse different revenue streams (corporate, retail, leasing, etc.)
• Support pricing and profitability analysis across vehicle categories

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
• 5–8 years of experience in finance (experience in rental, automotive, logistics, or hospitality is a strong plus)
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA) — completed or in progress is fine
• Solid experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations
• Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills (you should be confident using formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

Work Location: In person
