Founded in 2016 to address a clear gap in Pakistan's online grocery space, we transitioned in 2019 from a middleman, store-based model to a fully owned fulfillment-led model. Today we deliver groceries, baby products, meats, and fresh produce from our own fulfillment centers, in as little as two hours.

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts professional to oversee day-to-day accounting and cash operations at our fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely vendor and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse accounting functions and ensure daily cash closing.
• Manage data entry in ZOHO ERP across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Process supplier and vendor payments on a daily basis.
• Prepare the fulfillment center's daily cash utilization sheet.
• Prepare and process payroll.
• Oversee petty expenses and service vendor payments.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit monthly withholding tax challans.
• Ensure Federal and Provincial Sales Tax compliance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate filing requirements.
• Liaise with local banks, auditors, and corporate and tax consultants.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable function.
• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; a professional qualification (or working towards one) is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and/or ZOHO.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, diligent and reliable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
