About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of all payables. Ensures timely disbursement of dues while adhering to company policies and tax regulations. You will also play a key role in reconciling accounts and supporting month-end financial closures.

What You’ll Do?
Responsible for processing invoices and payments accurately and on time.
Perform vendor reconciliations to ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Handle GST and TDS compliance, ensuring all payments and invoices are in line with regulations.
Provide support during audits by assisting with required documentation and queries
Assist in completing month-end closure activities.
Skills Required for the role:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Qualification: 2-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role, Preferably with startups.
Skilled in using various accounting and ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and other enterprise resource planning tools for efficient financial data management, reporting, and reconciliation.
Strong command over Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis for accurate financial reporting and record maintenance.
Well-versed in Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and timely filing of returns.
