About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage our company’s financial operations, with a strong focus on both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all company payables, ensuring payments are processed on time and accurately.
- Handle Accounts Receivable, including monitoring collections and following up with customers.
- Post and record all invoices accurately in the Odoo system.
- Prepare and manage monthly sales reports to be shared with partners at the beginning of each month.
- Maintain and update payment schedules, ensuring clear communication with suppliers and partners.
- Oversee financial planning and cash flow management to support business operations.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts regularly.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, or financial records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable within the UAE.
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
