Finance Executive - Owner's Association

The Finance Executive is responsible for managing the financial operations of the Owner’s Association, ensuring accurate accounting, timely collections, statutory compliance, budgeting, and transparent financial reporting to the HOD.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts for the association
  • Record all income, expenses, and journal entries
  • Manage general ledger, bank books, and cash books
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of vouchers and invoices

Billing & Collections

  • Prepare and issue monthly/quarterly maintenance invoices to members
  • Track maintenance collections, penalties, and outstanding dues
  • Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate with management for recovery
  • Maintain member-wise account statements

Payments & Vendor Management

  • Process vendor payments after due verification and approvals
  • Maintain vendor records and reconcile vendor accounts
  • Track contracts, AMC payments, and service charges

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Prior experience in Owner’s Association / Facility Management is compulsory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
