Finance Executive/Manager - Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager from a manufacturing background to oversee financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide management with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in costing, inventory accounting, GST, TDS, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Supervise day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate financial records.
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Manage vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and fund flow.

2. Manufacturing Finance & Costing

• Maintain cost sheets and analyze production costs, raw material usage, and wastage.
• Track inventory valuation, consumption, and stock reconciliations.
• Work closely with the production and procurement teams to control costs.

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
• Handle audits, assessments, and coordinate with external auditors and consultants.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

4. Budgeting & MIS Reporting

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Generate periodic MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic planning.

5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Review financial processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
