Finance Head

Overview:
The Finance Head will oversee financial planning, controls, compliance, and cash flow management while partnering with senior leadership on strategic decisions. The role requires a hands-on leader with experience in Real Estate or Manufacturing to drive financial discipline and support business growth.

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Partner with Chairman/MD on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and growth

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Reporting

• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Track project-wise / plant-wise profitability, costs, and margins
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs

Accounting, Controls & Compliance

• Oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll coordination, financial close)
• Ensure strong internal controls and financial discipline
• Manage statutory, regulatory, and tax compliance (direct & indirect)
• Coordinate and close statutory, internal, and tax audits

Cash Flow, Treasury & Funding

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funding and renewals
• Monitor loans, covenants, interest costs, and repayments
• Optimize capital structure and funding mix

Project / Operations Finance

Real Estate:

• Manage project-level accounting, cost control, revenue recognition, and fund utilization
• Monitor construction budgets, collections, and escrow accounts
• Support feasibility studies and financial modeling

Team Management & Process Improvement

• Lead and develop the finance and accounts team
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
• Coordinate with ERP and MIS teams for accurate reporting

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 8–15 years of finance experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in Real Estate (multiple projects) or Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, controls, and cash flow
• Experience working with banks, auditors, and tax consultants
• Hands-on leader with strong analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
