Position Summary

Opportunities Unlimited, Inc. (OUI) is seeking a Finance & Human Resources Manager to oversee financial operations, payroll, and HR compliance across multiple sites in Lewiston, Idaho. This position plays a key role in ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and effective internal controls while supporting leadership in a mission-driven nonprofit serving individuals with developmental disabilities.

Professional Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of related experience in finance, accounting, or HR
  • Combination of education and experience considered
  • Working knowledge of general ledger accounting and basic accounting principles
  • Experience preparing financial statements, budgets, and reports
  • Knowledge of payroll and HR compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and communicate solutions

Pay & Benefits
