Job Summary:

The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for structuring, presenting, and finalizing all finance transactions while ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and company standards. This role plays a critical part in profitability, customer satisfaction, and deal accuracy from contract to funding.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of F&I or automotive finance experience.
• Strong understanding of lending practices, compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Proven track record of finance performance and profitability.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with commercial or specialty vehicle financing.
• Knowledge of title processing and lienholder requirements.
• Established relationships with lenders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
