We are continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team at Williams Subaru in Charlotte.

What You’ll Do
- Present and explain financing, leasing, warranty, and protection product options to customers in a transparent and professional manner
- Secure financing through lender partnerships while maximizing approvals and customer satisfaction
- Structure automotive deals efficiently and accurately in compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations
- Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and funding packages are completed correctly and submitted promptly
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and product providers
- Partner closely with the sales team to create a smooth, seamless customer experience
- Maintain high CSI and deliver a pressure-free, customer-focused finance experience
- Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive F&I experience with a proven track record of performance
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender guidelines, and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to present products confidently and ethically
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience using dealership management and menu systems
- Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude
