Finance Intern

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

• Perform accounts receivable functions, including generating and distributing invoices.
• Accurately allocate customer payments and reconcile accounts.
• Resolve client billing queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with cash collection efforts and follow-up on overdue payments

• Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain various financial accounts and records.

• Support the finance team with ongoing projects.
• Contribute to the creation and updating of the Finance Manual, policies, and process documentation.

• Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks and reporting as required by the team.
• Maintain organized and accessible financial records.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED

Preferred Background:

• Recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with accounting software is a plus but not required.
