Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our corporate gifting company. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounts, finance, invoices, payments, and daily financial records.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain practical experience in finance, accounting, and business operations while working in a professional and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial records and basic accounts data
• Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and payment records
• Track vendor payments, customer payments, and pending dues
• Help manage expense sheets and company financial documents
• Support the finance team in daily accounting tasks
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing details
• Keep records of receipts, bills, and payment confirmations
• Assist in bank-related documentation and reconciliation
• Prepare simple finance reports when required
• Ensure all financial data is accurate and properly organized

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or student of BBA, BS Accounting & Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to learn and grow in a corporate environment
• Responsible, punctual, and organized
