Finance & Internal Audit Manager

Core Purpose

To maintain the financial integrity of the brand by ensuring rigorous record-keeping, conducting regular inventory audits, and eliminating operational leakage across all business channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily ledgers of all sales, overheads, and operating expenses.
• Cash Flow & Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts and digital payment gateways.
• Courier & COD Management: Track and reconcile all "Cash on Delivery" shipments with courier partners to ensure timely and accurate remittances.
• Inventory Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock counts at the warehouse to ensure digital inventory levels are 100% accurate.
• Cost & Margin Analysis: Assist in calculating the "Landed Cost" of imported raw materials and post-sourcing value additions to protect profit margins.
• Vendor Audit: Verify and audit all third-party invoices (printers, tailors, and packaging suppliers) before processing payments.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly profitability and expense reports to assist management in strategic decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Com, BBA (Finance), or part-qualified ACCA/CA-Inter.
• Experience: 2–3 years in a retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing environment (Fresh candidates with strong internships may apply).
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, formulas, and reporting).
• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, a "detective" mindset for spotting discrepancies, and high ethical standards.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
