Finance Senior Analyst (Consultant)
who is
already based in Saudi Arabia
and comfortable working
on-site in Al Khobar, Dammam.
The role is scheduled to last at least a year*
We're seeking an experienced Finance Senior Analyst (Consultant) who will be responsible for leading the
financial strategy of the product(s) and deals
for the Business Unit. You will also own unit economics, pricing, forecasting, and investment cases; evaluate partnerships/M&A;
support contracting with Legal
; and ensure post-deal value realization with strong financial governance.
As a Finance Senior Analyst (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

Financial Strategy & Planning
-
Own the BU financial model (ARR/revenue, GM, OPEX, cash, working capital).

Drive budgeting, quarterly re-forecasts, scenario/sensitivity analysis, capital allocation.

Identify margin levers (price/volume/mix, COGS, vendor/cloud costs, productivity).
-
Product Economics & Pricing
-
Set pricing/packaging, discount guardrails, and deal-desk rules with Sales.
-
Track LTV/CAC, payback, cohort retention/expansion; implement corrective actions.
-
Approve strategic deals and exceptions based on value and risk.
-
Deals, Partnerships & Contracting
-
Lead financial evaluation of
tuck-ins, JV/MoUs, OEM/licensing, channel
agreements.

Run fit-for-purpose diligence (market/finance/red flags); build DCF and simple synergy cases.
-
Support contracting with Legal
: shape and review
term sheets, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, DPAs
, license/royalty schedules, pricing exhibits, rebates/incentives, and
commercial clauses
(payment terms, credits, service levels, audit rights, indemnities, liability caps, termination, IP, exclusivity, MFN/price protection).

Ensure
commercial terms align with the business case
(revenue model, costs, risk allocation) and meet policy thresholds and approval matrices.

Oversee light integration economics (Day-1/100-day), synergy tracking, and benefits realization.

Performance & Reporting

Run the monthly business review: pipeline, bookings, revenue quality, margin, cash.
-
Maintain dashboards on pricing health, deal profitability, attach/renewal, discount leakage.

Prepare investment memos and leadership updates.

Governance, Compliance & Controls
-
Ensure clean
rev-rec (ASC 606/IFRS 15)
, revenue assurance, and commercial policy adherence.

Coordinate with Legal and Procurement
on contract approvals, delegation of authority, and vendor risk.

Track contract obligations (SLAs/credits, rebates, MDF, volume tiers) and embed them in forecasts and KPIs.

Requirements
You have:

8-12 years
in FP&A/Corp Dev/Transactions/Product Finance
-
BU/medium-enterprise experience.
-
Strong modeling (3-statement, DCF, cohort/LTV, sensitivity), valuation, and deal literacy.

Proven pricing/packaging and
deal-desk
leadership with Sales/Product.
-
Experience
partnering with Legal on commercial contracting
and understanding of key clauses and risk trade-offs.
-
MBA/CA/CFA preferred; familiarity with ASC 606/IFRS 15 and SaaS/services metrics a plus.

Clear executive communication; able to simplify complex trade-offs.
You might also have:

Experience in
M&A integration
— tracking synergies, building 100-day plans, and embedding financial accountability.

Hands-on exposure to
SaaS pricing/metrics
, including ARR, churn, NRR, LTV/CAC, and consumption-based models.

Familiarity with
international contracting
and cross-border financial considerations (currency, tax, regulatory).

Background in
cloud vendor economics
(AWS, Azure, GCP) and managing hyperscaler costs.

Knowledge of
business intelligence and reporting tools
(Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for building executive dashboards.

Strong track record in
stakeholder management
, especially influencing non-finance leaders.

Previous work in
high-growth or transformation environments
, where governance and financial discipline had to scale rapidly.

Experience partnering with
Legal and Procurement
on complex MSAs, SLAs, and licensing agreements.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: $120,000- 150,000 USD annual salary, 1099 (you must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor, or via an LLC. This role does not include benefits).
