Napatech is the leading provider of programmable Smart Network Interface Cards (SmartNICs) and Data Processing Units (DPUs) solutions that accelerate AI, network, storage, and security workloads for cloud, enterprise, and telecom datacenters worldwide.
We are currently seeking to fill an expanding role in our Finance, Logistics and Administration.
In this new position you will serve a vital role in supporting C Level executives, Logistics Operations and Finance.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Excel (pivots, lookups, reconciliations)
ERP system exposure (Uniconta/ similar- AP, PO, vendor master)
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, document control)
Role
The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience working in a finance or operational role with exposure to bookkeeping/accounting data analysis.
Responsible for day-to-day finance administration and logistics coordination for Napatech US, ensuring accurate execution, timely shipments, and smooth interaction with colleagues in finance and operations. Your main colleagues will be our Finance and Logistics Managers, both located in the US.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Work from home initially with expectation that if we establish an office in the Sunnyvale area, you will join in the office at least 3 days a week.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
