Finance Manager

who possesses expertise in
Research & Development (R&D) financial management

vertical office operations exposure
, and a strong ability to conduct
feasibility studies
for strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, investment analysis, and operational finance, while ensuring compliance with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Management

Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies to support company objectives.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports.
Investment & Feasibility Analysis

Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects, business expansions, and investment opportunities.

Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial modeling and ROI analysis.

Assess financial risks and opportunities to optimize profitability.
R&D Financial Oversight

Partner with R&D teams to evaluate funding requirements, project costs, and financial impact of innovation initiatives.

Track and analyze R&D expenditures, ensuring alignment with corporate budget and strategic goals.

Support decision-making on new technologies, product launches, and intellectual property investments.
Vertical Office Operations & Business Partnering

Provide financial leadership and business support across multiple verticals within the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.

Implement financial controls, reporting systems, and policies for vertical operations.
Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and company policies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory CFA Certification
(Chartered Financial Analyst).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience in financial management, investment analysis, and feasibility studies.

Exposure to
vertical office operations
and cross-functional business environments.

Strong knowledge of
R&D project financials
and innovation-driven business models.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise (Excel, ERP, BI tools).

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience

7+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Background in Investment/Holding Companies is a MUST !!
