Finance Manager

Job Brief: We are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with the company’s objectives. The role requires a proactive leader capable of managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis while serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between management, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in ERP systems (preferably FirstBit), strong analytical acumen, and in-depth knowledge of UAE corporate law, VAT, and taxation frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance department, managing accounting teams and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison between management, banks, auditors, and key financial partners.
• Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month/year-end closing.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the financial stability of the company.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, P&L reports, and other financial documentation. Develop, implement, and monitor budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with business goals.
• Provide strategic financial insights and risk assessments to support senior management in decision-making.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE corporate laws, VAT, ESR, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee payroll processing, supplier payments, client invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable. Evaluate and enhance internal controls, accounting systems, and operational efficiencies.
• Manage and coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits. Implement and update financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations, sales, and procurement teams for financial alignment. Monitor budget performance, control costs, and propose corrective actions to improve profitability.
• Maintain financial data within ERP (FirstBit preferred) and CRM systems ensuring integrity and transparency.
• Supervise preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and financial KPIs for management review.
• Manage financial risk, support business expansion initiatives, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions. Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and accuracy.
