Job description:

We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing team in İstanbul, Turkey. In this role, you will help us build and strengthen our international operations by implementing best practices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for closing Monthly Business Activities and Profit & Loss reporting.
  • Be liaising with external auditors on audit matters and acting on management letters.
  • Prepare monthly financial management reports.
  • Implement and develop financial controls.
  • Produce accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting systems.
  • Ensure regular invoicing, receive and receipt payment.
  • Administer VAT and process return.
  • Do assets & liabilities management.
  • Reviewing, controlling accounting datas.
  • Administer the company’s payroll and associated statutory requirements.
  • Undertake any ad hoc duties associated with the accounts function, including maintain. financial files and records, and photocopying.
  • Carry out other related tasks as might be required from time to time.

We believe that you:

  • Are fluent in Turkish (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language. and good English language skills (B2 or higher level).
  • Have higher university or equivalent education in finance, accounting or economics and at least 3 years of work experience.
  • Have knowledge of legal acts of Turkey, which regulate accounting, taxes, business accounting standards and transactions.
  • Have work experience in counting bonuses according to company’s set motivational system.
  • Have very good skills in working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).
  • Have experience in working with the different accounting programs.
  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of international finance.
