Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to take full ownership of the company’s financial operations — from day-to-day execution to long-term planning. This role combines hands-on financial management with strategic thinking, and plays a key role in supporting sustainable growth by ensuring sound reporting, effective cash flow planning, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations including reporting, accounting, and cash management
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; coordinate with departments and report results to senior management
• Manage short-, mid-, and long-term cash flow planning; optimize payment and collection processes
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
• Participate actively in audit processes and ensure timely documentation
• Manage company’s capital structure and maintain banking relationships
• Support tax planning, incentive utilization, and regulatory compliance
• Analyze commercial and operational KPIs to generate strategic financial insights
• Identify and mitigate financial risks; contribute to financial sustainability and internal control development
• Lead digitalization efforts in finance; support investment in financial systems and process automation
• Contribute to M&A, investment, and strategic finance projects
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team
• Provide senior leadership with financial analysis and strategic recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, preferably in digital, tech, or e-commerce companies
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial reporting, and audits
• Experience with cash flow planning and banking relations
• Exposure to M&A, investments, or project finance is a strong plus
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with a sense of ownership
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
