With over 20 years of experience, our company is a leader in the trading and re-export of mobile phones, gadgets, and other digital devices across the Middle East. Based in the Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA), we specialize in re-exporting high-quality digital devices from known brands to countries throughout the region. Our operations also include procurement, sales, import/export, and logistics.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead our growth and support expanding our business. The Finance Manager will play a strategic role in supporting the executive team by leading the company’s finance and accounting, directing the company’s financial management and will be influential in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial and operational performance.
• Deliver financial insights, analysis, and recommendations aligned with business goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and manage financial reporting for the business.
• Conduct commercial, cost, and pricing analyses to support profitability.
• Prepare financial statements, variance reports, and KPI tracking.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics departments for consistent reporting.
• Conduct regular reviews of revenue and cash flow to identify inconsistency.
• Monitor and ensure controls are in place for activities such as invoices, refunds, and manual entries in accounting system.
• Collaborate with sales and logistic teams to improve processes related to cash handling, inventory control, ticket validation, and customer transactions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Finance certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, commercial finance, or financial management.
• Proven expertise in P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP and BI tools and MS Office.
• Excellent business-level English is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in trading and retail sale of digital devices.
• Commercially intelligent, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to change.
• Must currently reside in Dubai. We are not able to sponsor relocation.
• Office location is in DAFZA in Dubai with free parking possibilities.
• Schedule is Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
