Finance Manager

Al Arabia Mix is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities of the company, including accounting operations, cash flow management, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on accounting experience, and the ability to lead process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in Tally Prime.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent errors or misuse.
• Review and improve accounting systems and reporting processes.
• Assist management in financial planning, cost control, and forecasting.
• Lead and train the accounting staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
• Strong understanding of VAT, taxation, and Omani accounting practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, identify problems, and propose solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO600.000 - RO900.000 per month

• Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
