Job Title: Finance Manager – Construction Industry

Location: UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills, extensive experience in the construction sector, and solid knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and project financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor project-wise budgets, costs, cash flow, and variances.
  • Analyze financial data to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and cost reports.
  • Coordinate with project managers, procurement, HR, and other departments for financial alignment.
  • Manage receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, and cash management.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage).
  • Professional certifications in accounting preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and project accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
