Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements.
  • Implement internal financial controls, policies, and cost-saving strategies.
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth financial management.
  • Support senior leadership with MIS reports, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.
  • Introduce digital tools/ERP modules to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (CA / ICWA / MBA Finance) preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts, preferably in construction, interiors, or project-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
