Role Description

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and

reports.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure the company adheres to local, state, and federal financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting

standards.

Accounting Operations:

Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and

account reconciliation

Team Leadership:

Manage, mentor, and train the accounting team, fostering professional development and performance.

Strategic Input:

Provide strategic financial insights and advice to senior management to support business planning and

decision-making.

Internal Controls:

Develop and implement policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls and maintain fiscal

responsibility.

Auditor Coordination:

Liaise with and support external auditors during the financial audit process.

We need a person with Rent a Car Company experience.

Qualifications

• Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Proficiency in financial analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Advanced capabilities with financial software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the automotive or rental industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred
