Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production and timely order completion.
• Monitor production flow, coordinate with departments, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports covering production, finance, and operations.
• Support management in decision-making through data analysis and operational insights.
• Manage cash flow and fund flow, and assist in financial monitoring and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and overall operational planning.

Job specification

Education: BBA/MBA/CMA Inter

Experience: Minimum 02 year of experience in finance/operations

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and financial understanding
• Operations and production monitoring
• MIS reporting & data analysis
• Cash flow & fund flow management
• Coordination and communication skills
• Problem solving and decision-support abilities
