About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented finance manager to lead our financial operations and support strategic business decision-making. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting and ensure the company maintains strong financial health and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support business planning.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and financial standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Coordinate and manage audits with external auditors.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Guide and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, audit processes, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
