Finance Manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Professional certifications preferred: CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational capability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
