What Awaits You

• You ensure accurate accounting processes in compliance with Turkish GAAP, in coordination with external chartered accountants
• You prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections
• You oversee regular sales, order, and payment reporting according to group standards
• You manage payroll, benefits accounting, and administration of company credit cards
• You support the GM and sales team with sales planning, margin calculations, and ad-hoc reporting
• You supervise day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including overdue follow-up and dunning processes
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• You have at least 6 years of proven work experience in a senior-level finance or controlling position, preferably with an international company
• You are experienced in financial budgeting, contracting, reporting and controlling, and automated financial and accounting reporting systems
• You have knowledge of accounting principles and taxation regulations
• You are proficient in MS Office (Excel) and ERP software (preferably SAP FI/CO)
• You are fluent in English, both verbal and written
