Finance Manager.

Experience : We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team and support the financial governance, performance, and strategic growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, working closely with senior management to ensure strong financial control and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS • Monitor cash flow, costs, and profitability across business units • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls • Support audits and liaise with external auditors and advisors • Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions • Work closely with operations and management teams on performance improvement initiatives Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ CPA / ACCA preferred) • Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or services sector including 5+ years at a Managerial / Chief Accountant Level • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control, including IFRS • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills • High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Why Join Us • Be part of a growing, reputable organization • Work closely with senior leadership and influence key decisions • Competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to careers@fml-dubai.ae Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
