Finance Manager

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will handle and oversee the complete finance operations, including:

• Managing all invoicing, commercials, and payment cycles.
• Closely following up with the client for approvals and ensuring timely payments.
• Financial management of all logistics and vendor contracts including hotels, car rentals, air tickets, and related suppliers.
• Coordinating freelancer payments, ensuring correct processing and documentation.
• Supporting budget tracking, cost control, and financial compliance for the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong experience in finance, accounting, or project financial operations.
• Ability to manage large-scale operational budgets, complex payment structures, and multiple stakeholders.
• Confident communicator with excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
