Finance - Manager

Role Overview

The Manager – Finance will oversee the financial planning, reporting, and control functions of Naheed.pk, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations. This role is responsible for leading the finance team, managing daily accounting operations, coordinating with banks and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support management in strategic decision-making.
• Track performance against KPIs, highlighting variances and corrective actions.

Accounting & Reporting

• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and collection from customers.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with taxation laws (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.) and corporate regulations.
• Implement and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Business Support

• Partner with e-commerce, operations, and supply chain teams to evaluate financial impact of business initiatives.
• Provide cost-benefit analyses for new projects, campaigns, and expansion opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA (Finance) / ACCA / CA (Part or Qualified) or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-4 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of, taxation laws and financial regulations in Pakistan.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel / Power BI skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a finance team.
